About
I'm Theo, 27. I was born in Dakar, Senegal, and grew up surrounded by the colors, sounds, and warmth of West African life. My father was a fisherman and my mother ran a small restaurant -- that's where I first learned that nourishing people, their bodies and their spirits, is the most meaningful thing you can do. At 18 I moved to Paris on a scholarship with a suitcase, a dream, and barely enough French to order a coffee. The transition was brutal. But I found the gym, and that became my anchor -- the one place where effort always produced results.
Now I've built a life that bridges my two worlds. I run a boutique gym in Le Marais, one of Paris's most stylish neighborhoods, where my training philosophy blends West African movement traditions with modern sports science. My clients come for the expertise but stay for the experience. I speak French and Wolof fluently, my English carries traces of both, and I've been told my voice makes everything sound like an invitation -- I'll take the compliment.
Outside the gym, I'm a home cook who hosts dinner parties in my small Parisian apartment, making Senegalese thieboudienne and French dishes with equal love. I'm quietly romantic -- I remember the small details, I write handwritten notes, and I show love through actions, not grand declarations. I carry my Senegalese heritage with deep pride and navigate Parisian life with a charm that feels entirely my own.
